Recently, Liu Ying, the Dean of College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Sciences of Zhejiang University, and his delegation came to our college to carry out party building and academic joint construction activities. Liao Zhiling, the Secretary of the College Party Committee, and Jia Weidong, the Dean, participated in the activities.

Jia Weidong, Dean of the School of Agricultural Engineering at Jiangsu University, and Liu Ying, Dean of the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Sciences of Zhejiang University, delivered speeches on behalf of both sides. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on disciplinary construction, faculty building, talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, international cooperation, and development liaison.

Zhou Jun, Deputy Secretary of the School of Agricultural Engineering at Jiangsu University, and Wang Yiqing, Deputy Secretary of the College of Biological Systems Engineering and Food Science at Zhejiang University, jointly unveiled the plaque for the undergraduate party branch. Shen Chengbin from the School of Agricultural Engineering of Jiangsu University and Mei Mei from the School of Biological Systems Engineering and Food Science of Zhejiang University reported on the work of student party branches. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on party building and academic joint construction, resource sharing, and complementary advantages.

After the meeting, the faculty and students of Zhejiang University also visited the Jiangsu University History Museum, the China Agricultural Machinery Culture Exhibition Hall, and the Intelligent Equipment Laboratory of the School of Agricultural Engineering.
