On April 12th, the county-level training session of the Capacity Building Project for Grassroots Agricultural Technicians in Binhai County, hosted by Yancheng Institute of Technology, came to a successful conclusion at Binhai Hotel in Yancheng's Binhai County. The aim was to enhance the professional competence, skill levels, and service abilities of grassroots agricultural technicians. Professor Chen Shuren, a core expert from our college's special "Action for a Strong Agriculture" team, was invited to deliver a special report. His lecture, titled "Key Technologies and Applications for Full-process Mechanization of Grain and Oil Crops," received an enthusiastic response.

Centered around the theme of "Boosting Agriculture through Science and Technology, Strengthening Agriculture with Agricultural Machinery," this training adopted a multi-dimensional teaching model that combined theoretical instruction, case analysis, and on-site Q&A sessions. Agricultural technicians from Binhai County remarked that this training was like a "timely rain," enabling science and technology to truly become a "new agricultural tool" for rural revitalization. It served as a concrete practice in implementing the requirement of the Central Document No. 1 to "strengthen the scientific and technological support for modern agriculture."
It is reported that over 50 key grassroots agricultural technicians from across Binhai County participated in this three-day systematic training. The training content covered various aspects, including full-process mechanization of grain and oil crops, smart agriculture, and food security, injecting new impetus into the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization, industrial prosperity, and increased farmers' incomes.
