主要研究全球变化背景下农田外来入侵杂草对农业环境的影响、适应性及其防控技术。重点从共生微生物角度探究农田入侵杂草对生物及非生物胁迫的响应,及其在农业环境中快速扩散及危害机制。

1.如果你有生态学背景当然很好;如没有基础,只要你有肯学的心,那就不是事儿;
2.需要你有发现问题,解决问题,特别是发现问题的能力(当然我们可以一起去发现);
3.有吃苦耐劳的精神(是真要有):我的研究工作在酷暑,寒冬中做实验是常事,挖土种地是基本,因此能下地干活的能力是必备;
4.有绝对的责任心:你如何对待你的实验,实验就会反馈给你什么样的结果。有照顾孩子般的耐心和责任心去看护你的实验,研究结果一定很惊艳;
5.耐得住寂寞:也许科研没有你想象的那么顺利,通往成功的道路往往布满荆棘和枯燥。当不了成功的伟人,但至少曾经努力过!
而我能给你的就是我的一颗真诚的心以及尽力为你提供更好的实验条件和尽责的指导。
